Delivery and Payment

 

Normal Delivery Time

Normally our delivery time is six weeks after we receive 1/2 down

payment to start the mascot. The six weeks does not start until all the

final details have been worked out . Once all the final details are agreed upon, and we receive the 1/2 down required to start, the six week period begins. Many times we finish before the deadline. Mascots are shipped within 4-6 weeks after receiving a confirmed order.

 

Rush Deliveries

We can provide faster service if your mascot cannot wait. It depends largely on previous orders and supplies. Please add $100.00 to the

total cost of your mascot, and call us to see if it is possible to complete

the mascot if you require your mascot any sooner than the normal

six weeks delivery time. (The additional $100.00 covers overtime in labor and any overnight shipping of materials.)

 

Payment

Normally we require 1/2 down to start the project, and ship the balance COD. If you have an established open account with our company, we can bill you for the mascot, strictly net 30 days. We will accept public

school, private school, and certain governmental purchase orders for

the purchase of mascots. If you have any questions concerning opening

an account with our company please call the billing department.
