- We ship to home or office where someone
will be to sign for your package. We do not ship to post office
boxes.
Most retail orders are shipped within 24 hours. In case an item
is out
- of stock, please be prepared to give us
the last acceptable date you
- will allow us to ship your order to you.
Rental orders are shipped so they arrive 1-3 days prior to your
event.
- We have never been late with an order
in twenty-five years given
- proper time
to process your order. We are not able to ship rental orders
the same day they are placed.
We ship regular ground UPS service. We can also ship overnight
- red label, 2nd day blue label, or red
label Saturday delivery UPS if requested. These dramatically
raise the shipping costs so plan ahead and
call at least one-two weeks in advance when possible.
- Due to weight and size
of some products, Overnight, 2nd Day, and/or 3 Day Select delivery
fees may be substantially higher than indicated on your cart.
If there is a higher fee, we will contact you for approval before
shipping.
We regret that we are unable to ship our rental costumes out
of the continental United States.
