The Spirit of Halloween Short Film Showcase isn't just a film exhibition -- it's also a filmmaker showcase. Even though it isn't a mandatory requirement for submissions, we encourage filmmakers submitting films to also include a short bio.

The viewers of your film deserve to know about you, too -- so we invite all filmmakers to submit short video bios to air with your work. Nothing elaborate -- just a few minutes in front of a video camera. Tell us who you are, how long you've been a filmmaker, what inspires you, etc., etc.. If you don't have the time to complete a video bio on your own-- let us know and we can arrange to shoot a quick bio for you.

If you plan to submit a video bio with your film, why not take the time to tell everyone a little about your film. If you have any interesting stories about the production (mishaps, problems, technical innovations, etc.), tell us about them in a short video. Get your actors and film crew in on the action, too.

As with the video bio, if you don't have the time or resources to complete a 'making of" video, we can help.
